  Overall well maintained RV park. Mix of snow birds, full timers, and weekenders.
  
  Pros: lots of amenities including trails, game room, pool, game room, etc. Lots are spacious, most people were really nice, good prices on propane if your using a fire pit. Price is fair for what you get. Our site and seems most sites nice slab concrete with grass around.
  
  Cons: no internet other than community room, very narrow roads in some areas. Except in edges not allot of cover from trees. Weak AT&T signal.
